Marillac St. Vincent Family Services (MSV) is a nonprofit organization that provides vital programs and services to those in need throughout the city of Chicago. For over 100 years, MSV has offered accredited early childhood education, youth programs, outreach to adults and families, senior services, and access to food. Each year, MSV serves nearly 20,000 individuals in Chicago.

Since 2011, we have supported MSV through financial support, board membership, and employee volunteers. A total of $759,826.00 in monetary donations has enabled MSV to make safety and security upgrades to their facilities; purchase emergency response equipment; add computer equipment to classrooms and community rooms; and maintain inventory for the food pantry.

Furthermore, we annually sponsor MSV’s two main fundraisers, the Fleur de Lis Ball and the Beacon of Hope Luncheon. In 2018, SFG was recognized with the Fleur de Lis Award for being a long-time supporter of MSV.

Our employees have made time commitments to MSV by actively participating on the Board of Trustees and Associate Board. In addition, our employees often volunteer at the MSV food pantry and spend time working on art projects with the children and seniors staying at MSV. Every holiday season, a group of our employees help set-up the MSV Christmas Store, which is stocked with toys donated from various individuals and organizations. Parents, grandparents, and child guardians that MSV serves throughout the year have the opportunity to “shop” for gifts for their children at the Store.
